This website describes a service that is being launched. It is informational. You cannot at present:

• create an account;
• book a reel creator through this website;
• pay for anything through this website.

Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept to form a contract. Any work is arranged separately, by email, and becomes binding only when both sides have confirmed the scope and the price in writing.

The prices on this website are indicative. They show the level we are launching at so you can judge whether it suits you. Your actual price depends on the reel creator, the number of reels, any add-ons and any travel outside the reel creator's own wilayat. The price that applies to you is the one confirmed to you in writing before filming, not the one on this page.

Prices are stated in Omani Rial (OMR).

الأسعار في هذا الموقع استرشادية، وتوضح مستوى الإطلاق لتقدّر مدى مناسبته لك. ويعتمد سعرك الفعلي على صانع الريلز، وعدد الريلز، والإضافات، والسفر خارج ولاية صانع الريلز. والسعر المُلزم هو ما يُؤكَّد لك كتابياً قبل التصوير، لا ما في هذه الصفحة.

Reel creators introduced through Laqtah are independent contractors. They are not employees or agents of Laqtah. Laqtah's role is to introduce you, agree the brief and price, hold payment until you approve the work, and step in if there is a dispute.

The reel creator is responsible for the filming and editing itself, for their own equipment, for their own tax position, and for obtaining any permission needed to film in a particular location.

صانعو الريلز الذين تُعرَّف عليهم عبر «لقطة» متعاقدون مستقلون، وليسوا موظفين ولا وكلاء لدى «لقطة». ودور «لقطة» هو التعريف بينكما، والاتفاق على المطلوب والسعر، وحجز المبلغ حتى موافقتك على العمل، والتدخل عند وجود نزاع.

ويتحمّل صانع الريلز مسؤولية التصوير والمونتاج، ومعداته، ووضعه الضريبي، والحصول على أي تصريح لازم للتصوير في موقع معيّن.

We are careful about this because a lot of marketing is not.

• We do not promise any number of views, likes, followers, enquiries or sales.
• We do not promise that a reel will be shown to any particular number of people. Instagram decides that, and Instagram can change how it decides at any time.
• We do not promise that a reel creator will be available in your wilayat on a particular date.
• Nothing on this website is marketing, business, legal, tax or financial advice.

What we do commit to is the thing we actually control: the work matching the brief that was agreed, at the price that was agreed.

نحرص على وضوح هذه النقطة لأن كثيراً من التسويق لا يفعل.

• لا نعد بأي عدد من المشاهدات أو الإعجابات أو المتابعين أو الاستفسارات أو المبيعات.

• لا نعد بتوفر صانع ريلز في ولايتك في تاريخ محدد.

The name Laqtah, the Laqtah mark, and the text and design of this website belong to the operator named above. All graphics on this site — the logo, the icons and the coloured panels — were made for Laqtah. No stock photographs, no third-party illustrations and no fonts downloaded from another company are used anywhere on this website; the typefaces are the ones already installed on your own device.

Reels produced through Laqtah are covered separately: the business that commissioned them may use them for its own marketing, and the reel creator may show the work in their portfolio unless the business asks them not to. This is confirmed in writing before filming.

اسم «لقطة» وشعارها ونصوص هذا الموقع وتصميمه ملك للمشغّل المذكور أعلاه. وجميع العناصر الرسومية في الموقع — الشعار والأيقونات والألواح الملونة — صُنعت خصيصاً لـ«لقطة». ولا يُستخدم في هذا الموقع أي صور مخزنية أو رسوم من طرف ثالث أو خطوط مُحمّلة من شركة أخرى؛ فالخطوط المستخدمة هي المثبّتة أصلاً على جهازك.

أما الريلز المنتجة عبر «لقطة» فلها ترتيب منفصل: يحق للجهة التي طلبتها استخدامها في تسويقها، ويحق لصانع الريلز عرض العمل ضمن أعماله ما لم تطلب الجهة خلاف ذلك. ويُؤكَّد هذا كتابياً قبل التصوير.
