The short version: this website collects nothing. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply, and nothing more. This page explains it properly.

باختصار: هذا الموقع لا يجمع شيئاً. وإذا راسلتنا، نحتفظ برسالتك للرد عليك، ولا شيء غير ذلك. وهذه الصفحة تشرح التفاصيل.

This website, laqtah.club ("Laqtah", "we", "us"), is operated by Maan Al Ghailani as an individual sole operator. Laqtah is a service that introduces businesses in Oman to independent reel creators who film and edit Instagram reels.

For the purposes of the Omani Personal Data Protection Law, we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach the controller at hello@laqtah.club.

هذا الموقع، laqtah.club («لقطة»، «نحن»)، يديره Maan Al Ghailani بصفة فردية. و«لقطة» خدمة تعرّف أصحاب الأعمال في عُمان على صانعي ريلز مستقلين يصوّرون ويركّبون ريلز إنستقرام.

ولأغراض قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية العُماني، نحن وحدة التحكم في البيانات الشخصية الموضحة في هذه السياسة. ويمكن التواصل معنا على hello@laqtah.club.

It covers two things: your visit to this website, and any email you send us. It does not cover Instagram, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy, or any separate form we may ask you to fill in, which will carry its own notice.

تغطي أمرين: زيارتك لهذا الموقع، وأي رسالة بريد ترسلها لنا. ولا تغطي إنستقرام، الذي تديره «ميتا» وفق سياستها الخاصة، ولا أي نموذج منفصل قد نطلب تعبئته، فلكل نموذج إشعاره الخاص.

From the website: nothing

This website has no contact form, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no social media widgets and no embedded content from other companies. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Your language choice is carried in the web address only. You can read a website page here without giving us anything.

From our hosting provider: technical logs

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Like any web host, Netlify's servers automatically record standard technical information when a page is requested — the IP address making the request, the time, the page requested and the browser type. These logs exist so that the site can be delivered and protected from attacks. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.

From email: whatever you choose to send

If you email us, we hold your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. In practice that usually includes:

• Your business name and the wilayat you are in, if you are asking about reels;
• Links to reels or a portfolio, if you are applying as a reel creator;
• A phone number, if you choose to include one.

Please do not send us identity documents, bank details or copies of your ID card by email. We do not need them and we do not want to hold them.

هذا الموقع لا يحتوي على نموذج تواصل، ولا أدوات تحليلات، ولا بكسلات إعلانية، ولا أدوات تواصل اجتماعي، ولا محتوى مضمَّن من شركات أخرى. ولا يستخدم ملفات ارتباط ولا يخزّن شيئاً على جهازك. واختيارك للغة يُحمل في عنوان الصفحة فقط. ويمكنك تصفح صفحات الموقع دون أن تعطينا أي شيء.

من مزود الاستضافة: سجلات تقنية

الموقع مستضاف لدى شركة Netlify, Inc. ومثل أي مزود استضافة، تسجّل خوادمها تلقائياً معلومات تقنية معتادة عند طلب أي صفحة — عنوان IP، والوقت، والصفحة المطلوبة، ونوع المتصفح. وتوجد هذه السجلات لتمكين عرض الموقع وحمايته من الهجمات. ولا نستخدمها لبناء ملف عنك، ولا ندمجها بأي شيء آخر.

من البريد الإلكتروني: ما تختار إرساله

إذا راسلتنا، نحتفظ بعنوان بريدك، واسمك إن ذكرته، وما تكتبه. وعملياً يشمل ذلك عادة:

• اسم مشروعك وولايتك، إذا كنت تسأل عن الريلز؛
• روابط لريلز أو أعمال سابقة، إذا كنت تقدّم كصانع ريلز؛
• رقم هاتف، إذا اخترت إضافته.

نرجو عدم إرسال وثائق هوية أو بيانات بنكية أو صور البطاقة الشخصية عبر البريد. فنحن لا نحتاجها ولا نرغب في الاحتفاظ بها.

We hold what you send us in order to reply to you, to arrange reel work, and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not use it for anything else.

Our basis for processing it is your consent: you chose to write to us, knowing you were writing to a business. Where we go on to arrange work for you, we also process what is necessary to perform that arrangement.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train any automated system, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

نحتفظ بما ترسله لنا للرد عليك، ولترتيب أعمال الريلز، ولحفظ سجل بما اتُّفق عليه. ولا نستخدمه لأي غرض آخر.

وأساس معالجتنا لها هو موافقتك: أنت اخترت مراسلتنا وأنت تعلم أنك تراسل جهة عمل. وحين نرتّب لك عملاً، نعالج أيضاً ما يلزم لتنفيذ ذلك الترتيب.

نحن لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نشاركها مع المعلنين، ولا نستخدمها لتدريب أي نظام آلي، ولا نتخذ قرارات آلية بشأنك.

Only two companies are involved in handling it, and only because they run the infrastructure:

• Zoho Corporation — our email provider. Our mailbox is hosted in Zoho's European Union data centre, so email you send us is stored in the EU.
• Netlify, Inc. — our website host, which keeps the technical logs described above.

If you agree to book a reel creator, we will pass that reel creator the details they need to do the job — typically your business name, the address of the shoot, your contact number and the brief. We will tell you who they are before we do that.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to by a competent Omani authority.

لا تشارك في التعامل معها سوى شركتين، وذلك فقط لأنهما تشغّلان البنية التقنية:

• Zoho Corporation — مزود البريد لدينا. وصندوق بريدنا مستضاف في مركز بيانات زوهو في الاتحاد الأوروبي، أي أن رسائلك تُخزَّن داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي.
• Netlify, Inc. — مستضيف الموقع، ويحتفظ بالسجلات التقنية الموضحة أعلاه.

وإذا وافقت على حجز صانع ريلز، سنمرّر له ما يلزمه لأداء العمل — عادةً اسم مشروعك، وعنوان التصوير، ورقم تواصلك، وتفاصيل المطلوب. وسنخبرك بهويته قبل ذلك.

وقد نفصح عن معلومات إذا طُلب منا ذلك قانوناً من جهة عُمانية مختصة.

Because our email and hosting providers are international, some of the data described here is stored outside Oman — email in the European Union, and technical logs on Netlify's global infrastructure. We have chosen providers that operate under recognised data protection standards, and we keep the amount of data involved to the minimum described above. If you would prefer not to have your details stored outside Oman, tell us and we will discuss another way of working with you.

لأن مزودَي البريد والاستضافة لدينا دوليان، فإن بعض البيانات الموضحة هنا تُخزَّن خارج عُمان — البريد في الاتحاد الأوروبي، والسجلات التقنية على بنية Netlify العالمية. وقد اخترنا مزودين يعملون وفق معايير معترف بها لحماية البيانات، ونحصر حجم البيانات في الحد الأدنى الموضح أعلاه. وإذا كنت تفضّل عدم تخزين بياناتك خارج عُمان، فأخبرنا وسنناقش طريقة أخرى للعمل معك.

• General enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted within 12 months of the last message.
• Reel creator applications: kept for 12 months so we can come back to you when work appears in your area, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
• Records of completed work: kept for as long as we may need them for accounting or a dispute, and no longer than required by Omani law.
• Hosting logs: retained by our host on their own short technical schedule; we do not keep our own copy.

• الاستفسارات العامة التي لا تؤدي إلى عمل: تُحذف خلال ١٢ شهراً من آخر رسالة.
• طلبات صانعي الريلز: تُحفظ ١٢ شهراً حتى نعود إليك عند توفر عمل في منطقتك، ثم تُحذف. ويمكنك طلب حذفها قبل ذلك.
• سجلات الأعمال المنجزة: تُحفظ للمدة التي قد نحتاجها للمحاسبة أو لأي نزاع، ولا تتجاوز ما يفرضه القانون العُماني.
• سجلات الاستضافة: يحتفظ بها المستضيف وفق جدوله التقني القصير؛ ولا نحتفظ بنسخة منها.

Under the Omani Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

• withdraw your consent at any time;
• obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• have it corrected or updated if it is wrong;
• ask us to block or stop processing it;
• ask us to erase it;
• have it transferred to you or to someone else in a usable form;
• be notified if a breach affects your data.

To use any of these, email hello@laqtah.club and say what you want. We will act on it and reply within 30 days. It is free. We may ask one question to confirm you are who you say you are, but nothing more than that.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, which supervises the Personal Data Protection Law in Oman.

بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية العُماني، لك الحق في:

• سحب موافقتك في أي وقت؛
• الحصول على نسخة من بياناتك الشخصية لدينا؛
• تصحيحها أو تحديثها إن كانت خاطئة؛
• طلب حجبها أو إيقاف معالجتها؛
• طلب محوها؛
• نقلها إليك أو إلى جهة أخرى بصيغة قابلة للاستخدام؛
• إشعارك إذا تأثرت بياناتك بأي اختراق.

ولممارسة أي منها، راسلنا على hello@laqtah.club واذكر طلبك. وسننفّذه ونرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً. والخدمة مجانية. وقد نسأل سؤالاً واحداً للتحقق من هويتك، ولا أكثر.

وإذا لم تكن راضياً عن طريقة تعاملنا، يمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى وزارة النقل والاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، وهي الجهة المشرفة على قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في عُمان.

Our mailbox is protected by a strong, unique password and two-step verification. Access is limited to the operator named above. We keep the amount of personal data we hold deliberately small, because the safest data is the data you never collected.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that affects your personal data, we will tell you and the regulator as required by law.

صندوق بريدنا محمي بكلمة مرور قوية وفريدة وبالتحقق بخطوتين. والوصول مقصور على المشغّل المذكور أعلاه. ونحرص عمداً على تقليل حجم البيانات الشخصية لدينا، لأن أكثر البيانات أماناً هي التي لم تُجمع أصلاً.

ولا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً. وإذا وقع اختراق يمسّ بياناتك الشخصية، سنبلغك ونبلغ الجهة المنظمة وفق ما يقتضيه القانون.

This service is meant for people running or working with businesses. It is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please do not send us your personal details, and ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead. Reel creators must be 18 or over to take paid work through Laqtah.

هذه الخدمة موجهة لمن يديرون أعمالاً أو يعملون معها، وليست موجهة للأطفال. وإذا كان عمرك أقل من ١٨ سنة، فنرجو عدم إرسال بياناتك الشخصية، وأن يتواصل معنا ولي أمرك بدلاً عنك. ويجب أن يكون صانع الريلز في سن ١٨ فأكثر لقبول عمل مدفوع عبر «لقطة».

If this changes — for example if we add a booking form or start using analytics — we will update this page, change the date at the top, and ask for fresh consent where the law requires it. We will not quietly start collecting more than this page describes.

إذا تغيّر شيء — مثلاً إذا أضفنا نموذج حجز أو بدأنا استخدام أدوات تحليلات — سنحدّث هذه الصفحة، ونغيّر التاريخ في أعلاها، ونطلب موافقة جديدة حيث يقتضي القانون. ولن نبدأ بجمع ما يزيد عمّا هو موصوف هنا دون إعلام.
